Major ethics for a farmer

My topic is about major ethics of a job and that is farmer.
I think to be ethical farmers, firstly, they have to place customers' health higher than their benefit. People eat 3 to 6 meals a day and what they eat is grown or raised by farmers. Can you imagine what will happen with people's life, if personal benefit is in higher place.
That's the first, the second is prestige. This thing has just come from the demand of modern life when farmers skip intermediators to make deal with factories. Normally, the price is fixed. But now, there's many farmers just want to sell to companies when the market price falls not when it rises. This action caused a lot of trouble for those companies.
In my opinion, the more our social develop, the more benefit farm job can get. Because nothing can take place of foods to maintain human's life. So ethical issues of this career really need more attention especially in VN.

the advantages of outsourcing

One example of outsourcing is Nike – which is making a deal with a company in VN to produce their shoes. And I am going to tell you the reasons for Nike to go that far.
Firstly, it’s a dozen of ways outsourcing helps companies save the cost. They are cheap labors, cheap input, low import tax as well as low transportation cost. They are because of the characters of population, economic, geography and so on.
The second reason is wasted time reduction. I means the cost they spend is not only cheaper but also give them more time to focus on researching or developing internal staffs. Because many production works like recruitment, training, welfare, management, working place and so on are delivered to the other companies.
One more thing is that it helps to create jobs and in some cases, it brings model working methods and new technologies to  the second and the third nations.
So outsourcing is good but I got words that outsourcing products can not be maintained their quality. I think if a company is serious in this term they won’t let their test system be a toy, all unqualified products will be returned. So I’m sure that outsourcing companies still can maintain their products' quality.

Important things when doing business in Vietnam

Actually, I know nothing about this, so I did Google it and here are some main of what they say.
The first is about dress. Dark suit is best for man and for being a feudal country for a long time, business woman can leave a good impression by simple and unobtrusive outfit. 
After that is conversation. Of course, some small talks are essential but the subjects that can make the conversation more open are the counterpart’s family or hobbies. Vietnamese treasures family so much.
And Gift-giving is also an important part. There was a time, people abused gift-giving for bribing. So this action becomes very sensitive. The best gifts are traditional crafts from your country. Black and cut stuff should be avoided because of their bad meanings. Black is death and cut stuffs mean U want to cut this relationship.
And finally is about entertainment. Business meal is common in Vietnam and often takes place in luxurious restaurants to show their respect to the counterparts. Both lunch and dinner are available.
However, i think Vietnamese is more flexible nowadays, so creative approaches are welcome but should be referenced in advance.

Male or female leader ?

Actually, i am interested in the ability and characters of my leaders more than their sexual.But if there were 2 people ,male and female,with the same quality in front of me, i would choose the female. Because, i want to be a leader in myself. That woman and I have nearly the same difficulties with responsibility, social preconceptions... To be that position, she must have got over many obstruction. So what's gonna be better than studying from her? 
Besides, she understands woman's tender problems which we are hard to share with a boss who is a man.I am sure that a good female boss will be ready to help us. And that help would be useful because it's from her experience.
And one more thing is that i love the idea that women manage as well as man. So with a female boss, I would be more confident with my target.

Advantage and disadvatage of globalization

Globalization is getting more and more effect to our life. It's quite easy to see its advantages. Basically, Globalization means no barriers. So labors, goods, information, technology, capital even culture can travel all over the world and stay with anyone who needs them and uses them effectively no matter where they are. And the beautiful thing is that the bond between nations becomes tighter. It means the likelihood of open war gets reduction and global issues like warming or terror have more help to be handled. Besides, globalization brings to us really hard competition. On one side, it's good. It's a premise for development. But on the other side, it is taking away job insurance along with stable life. It's one of globalization disadvantages. And another one is what we have had chance to witness. It's recent Great Crisis. In the time of globalization, the more we are in, the more influence we gets from a nation's disruption. Also civil war, rising gap between rich and poor and so on is blamed for it. But i think globalization is a process which needs time to be improved.
